Connecting tandem surfing's past and present

As the world's largest and most recognized tandem surfing organization, the International Tandem Surfing Association (ITSA):
  • Works to grow and advance the sport of tandem surfing at all levels and abilities;
  • Preserves the history, heritage and culture of tandem surfing while supporting the sport's continual evolution as a facet of competitive surfing; 
  • Communicates tandem surfing information and updates to ITSA members and the public;
  • Promotes and sanctions events and contests internationally;
  • Certifies and trains judges specifically for tandem surfing;
  • Conducts clinics for beginners, competitors and judges;
  • Coordinates professional team participation in exhibitions internationally.
