Tandem Team Bios

The Top Eight Finalists from the 2015 ITSA Tandem Surfing World Championship have secured an invitation to the 2016 Kiwi Surf Fest ITSA Tandem Surfing World Championship, plus three Wild Card invitations (one from each represented region - Europe, Hawaii, USA). Invited teams must have retained their same partners and be in good standing with the ITSA. 16 top teams from the ITSA's represented regions are eligible to enter the Main Event. If necessary, trials will be held directly before the Main Event in Biscarrosse, France for non-seeded teams to qualify for entry.
