New Lift Chart for 2016
There are now a total of 70 lifts sanctioned by the ITSA that are scored in competition. New lifts added this year are the "Y Arm to Arm Scorpion" (3.2 pts) and the "Javelin" (3.3 pts). Updated Picture Lift Chart coming soon.

New Lift Chart for 2015There are now a total of 68 lifts sanctioned by the ITSA that are scored in competition. The new Picture Lift Chart replaces the silhouette figures in the old Lift Chart to show more detail. New point values have been assigned to each lift in accordance with this year's updated rules and to enable new lifts to be more easily integrated into the scoring system for the future. New lifts must be submitted for review by the end of the current calendar year to be considered for the following year.
